We believe Christian women who are struggling with mental health challenges need support. We believe Christian women often feel alone and overwhelmed by their thoughts, feelings, and even their behaviors, that they know are not in alignment with the word of God. For some reason even though Christian women are reading their Bible, going to church, reading scriptures out loud, and praying for a change, women of faith are still struggling and still feel hopeless, when all they really want is to be free; Free to laugh, to love, to enjoy relationships with others, to thrive in their career, to be free and happy being in their own skin and to be able to show up and serve those they're called to serve. That's it! Is that asking too much they think?
No ma'am. It is not. I want you to know you are free and Jesus wants you to experience all of the goodness of being His daughter and more. Hang out with me and learn how to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, learn how to come out of agreement with condemnation and legalism, and learn how to Live Core Minded. Be encouraged! We will learn how to do all of this in Jesus name 🙌🏽 and with support from our Christian sisters, mentors, counselors, therapists, coaches, and our biggest helper of all, the Holy Spirit!
Here's What We Believe:

Our stories will be different and that's okay! As I share, please don't feel like your story should match or be like mines. It won't be. I share to encourage you and to help strengthen you spiritually because I believe our mental health reflects our spiritual health. In my own personal story, I struggled with mental health challenges for 26 years before I realized I was free and stood on the freedom I had in Jesus. I sought the help of a Holy Spirit led licensed therapist, who understood both the natural and spiritual sides of mental health illnesses. It was my personal choice to never accept a diagnosis because I knew my issues had spiritual roots. As you follow me and my journey you'll learn more about my story and how I was set free and how I am actively staying free. We Pray Network is for women struggling with mental health issues because I understand how important it is to have support and to be covered in prayer. I pray you stay encouraged and don't give up because you too are free!
For Clarity: We are addressing mental health challenges that are present in the absence of a physical or medical condition being the cause, such as seizures, neurological disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, intellectual disorders, medications, head traumas, etc. We are specifically addressing mental health disorders that are psychologically rooted. Illnesses and disorders such as phobias, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, behavioral disorders, social disorders, and others. Due to trauma, abuse, family cycles, open doors, or sin, we may experience mental health challenges. It is our belief that these illnesses are a looking glass into our spiritual health. The good news is Jesus saves, Jesus heals, Jesus sets captives free! Therefore, we pray.
